Unfortunately there wasn’t a water dispenser, but only bottled water. It may not be an issue, if you stay only one night, but for a longer stay it is inconvenient and you produce a lot of unnecessary trash. Room cleaning was a little confusing, sometimes very early in the morning and than afternoon.

Nice stay

The inside of the hotel is nice but the area around it is filled with homeless vagrants. The other issue is that the area, including the inside of the hotel smells like rank sewage. You would think they’d do something about the smell at least in the elevators but the smell radiates throughout the entire building.

Good service. Room is comfortable though very warm and bathroom is uncomfortably black. Surrounding area is old abd dated, and very difficult to walk around.

This has to be the Top choice should you be coming to Taichung. Excellent customer service and well furnished rooms. The breakfast buffet is one of the highlight of the stay. The hotel is in the prime location near to the railway station and the famous 宫源眼科 is just within walking distance nearby.

The staff in the concierge were very helpful to my short trip, all of whom were willing and took initiative in providing useful advice on where I should go. They helped with my planning and prioritizing my sightseeing spots within a short period of time. The suggestions of restaurants were amazing. Thanks a lot

Fantastic stay, great service, excellent location!

Room is big but the design is kind of odd, didn’t look as good as in the pictures. Shower and bath are nice. Breakfast time is too early, ends at 10am. I really didn’t enjoy waking up so early only to eat leftover food.

The sewage smell permeated throughout the elevator area and all the floors hallways. No escape. They couldn’t have it fixed on our second stay there either.

Nice hotel which stands out in the neighborhood.

Very large rooms and well decorated, however even though hotel did not appear full would not allow early check-in. Also found some hairs in the bed and bathroom, but overall was very clean. The lighting was strange - with no separate bathroom controls which is inconvenient if need to use bathroom in the night.

地點讚，人員服務好，泳池很美，早餐超好吃，尤其是生菜沙拉⋯⋯唯一問題是我需要很暗的環境才能入睡，但不知道怎麼調整房內光線，因爲已半夜2點，同伴已入眠，不好意思請櫃檯協助，最後只能斷電關掉電源

大致ok, 但房內桌面清潔仍需加強，有明顯水漬

近萬元房價，落差太大，但近台中火車站，無語。
