Loved our stay here! Clean and spacious apartment in a walkable location with a 5-minute walk to the Neubaugasse stop made it the perfect stay for us. Would highly reccomend!

Lovely neighbourhood with bars and restaurants, a short walk to the main sights. Apartment was clean and spacious. One thing to note is that the apartment is directly above a bar/coffee shop. We stayed on the 1st floor and there was one night where the music from the venue was so loud that nobody in our party could sleep, into the early hours of the morning.

It was a lovely apartment. It was clean and modern. It is basic, but had everything we needed for our short stay.

Positive features include: convenient location about 7 minutes walk to subway station Neubaugasse on Maria Hilfer Strasse. Market nearby. Beds comfortable. Bathroom is functional and clean. Washing machine for clothes. Negative features: no workspace or desk - may not be so good for the working traveler, poor lighting in bedrooms, bedrooms are very small, overall the apartment is cramped.

Martin was very communicative and helpful. He made sure we had all the information required for an easy check in.

Great location in Vienna downtown

It was good and beautiful aparment. I did like almost all. However, I couldnt sleep there so good, because there arent blackout curtains on bedroom. I was staying there a week, so the sleep would be good to have. It's easy to change and 5-star staying after that thanks!

Está a 2 minutos a pie de la calle María Hilfiger , calle comercial muy céntrica . A unos 10-15 a pie de la estación Westbanhhof ( una de las paradas del bus del aeropuerto ) . A 10 -15 a pie de la zona centro. La situación es inmejorable . Todo a mano , cafeterías , tiendas , supermercados . Apartamento limpio y silencioso . A 10 minutos a pie de la parada del bus hop-on / hop-off ( de las dos empresas )

+ Sehr zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage. Moderne, zweckmässige Einrichtung. CheckIn und CheckOut gut organisiert, Wlan funktionell. Schönes Bad/Toilette. Kleine Küchenzeile (-) Heizkörper in 1 Schlafzimmer öässt sich nicht abstellen. Türen der Schlafzimmer schliessen nicht.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens, super Lage. Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Betten prima, Austattung etwas spartanisch aber ok.

Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, sehrcschöne Ecke von Wien

El barrio estupendo pero teniendo una obra justo en frente en una de las pocas calles estrechas de Viena… pues fue un poco difícil. Las obras empezaban a las 6am El apartamento muy equipado y en general limpio, pero el lavavajillas no funcionaba bien, y el huésped anterior dejó vajilla limpiándose que nadie revisó, ni vació, ni limpió. Debajo de la alfombra había restos de comida de otros huéspedes. El resto estaba muy bien.

Great apartment in Vienna, the team is always available to help you in case of doubts or needs. It is quite new and we'll equipped. I only missed a microwave.
