Reception staff has some great personnel (like Raouf, Omar & Yousef), while some others like Carla could use more training in customer service and professionalism. Housekeeping staff certainly need more training and tighter supervision over their basic work duties.

Clean & comfortable room, helpful staff

They didn’t have my booking until they went into the back office for 15 mins leaving me at reception with no info… breakfast was very poor with stale croissants and paper cups for coffee, etc. Room service was abrupt and not able to put it on the room for ease of use but had to produce the credit card when they arrived to the room. I was there in the off season so perhaps when they are not mostly empty they have a better service level?

Excellent hotel , I’d go back there again , Mahmoud the trip organizer was excellent , we did a lot in short period of time and we had a good time .

The restaurant is beautiful, but whatever food we ordered A-la-carte was not great. The breakfast coffee was downright terrible. The men at the reception were not very friendly, but the restaurant staff, cleaning staff and concierge were wonderful. The hotel is far away from the attractions on Cairo, but on the plus side, it is in a quiet and safe area

The service was poor, with no warm welcome. The food was terrible, and the kitchen was dirty. The room was smelly and cold because the glass insulation was not sealed.

The stuff there and reception they don't speak English very well so it's hard for them to understand us other than the everything is good

Very pricey, but condition is not good at all in the room. Bed, quilt is very bad condition. Short of towel and room service very slow. Compare to price is not that standard .

Good location and excellent service

Not that great of an experience from check in to check out. Checking in took over an hour because an issue with their system. We booked two rooms online. We realized at the front desk that Egyptians gets quoted a different price and they refused to honor it for my friend. During this time many people were calling the front desk asking for service and the front desk kept putting them off. Even two people came to the front desk complaining that they called and were put on hold endlessly. After a long annoying wait, they finally assigned us rooms and apologized for the wait and offered us a late check out at 2pm. In the morning, around noon the front desk kept on calling and asking to check out and threatened us to get charged an extra day if we are one minute late. Very unpleasant experience. Will never stay again at this facility or at any other Tolip hotel. Stay away. Not worth it

Nothing happens here. Best hotel for relaxation and quiet environment.
