Very good

Very comfortable and quiet accommodation finished to a high standard. Lovely large ensuite. 20 minute walk to Luis Bridge. The host Lurdes was very helpful and suggested some local restaurants which turned out to be very good. Overall it was very good value for money.

Very good place , nice and tidy

Lurdes was wonderful. The area has lots of cafe opportunities, close to metro and mall. Easy walk to historic Porto. Very quiet!

The stay was okay. The room was much smaller than I anticipated, but that wasnt the main issue as everything was clean and nice. The issue was with the staff. We were accused of abusing house rules when we did not and were rudely spoken to since the beginning of the trip. Every interaction with the staff was uncomfortable as the woman we spoke with was very rude.

We were close to the central area of Porto so it was very easy to explore the city. The hotel was very clean and nice, however we did not realize that we would not have a bathroom in our room which was frustrating because the images made it look like there was a bathroom in the room.

Best hotel room we’ve stayed at in a while. Very clean, super modern and great use of the space. Close to lots of food too. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is clean and tidy, very modern, use access code for enter the hotel, your room. They have a pantry room that we can buy food from supermarket to cook in it. So we can have a relax dinner in it. The hotel is near all the sight-seeing spots, very convenience. The manager is very nice, she gives us a very details how to go to the sightseeing spots and where to buy the boat trip etc.

Lurdes the host/manager is very friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond. The hotel is very modern in design and very new. It has a well equipped kitchen and large dining area that is great for our group to gather and have a drink at night.

Very small property. Minimal staff on property mainly felt with staff via text only.

Clean , quiet & safe

Everything was great. Loved the feeling of being safe and secure. Room was very modern and cute. Big TV with Netflix and quick Uber rides to all of the popular places. 10/10

The place was modern and beautiful inside. Loved the room, kitchen and it was within walking distance to the historic area.

It’s dark because lights are on timers. Other than that very nice and Lurdes is a great host.

Lourdes is such a gem she makes sure you have literally everything you need. I am a solo female traveler in my 30’s and I’ve never felt so safe and able to get my bearings in a new place before! 10/10 would recommend - super convenient and easy to access and walk to/ from; awesome laundry mat and cafe very very close by!

Modern and clean unit. Very good location. The room is very small yet the AC could not cool it to the comfortable temprature.

A perfect spot within walking distance of sites and the historic district, and the buses are so easy and close, especially to/from the airport. Lurdes is amazing! She sent us the info to check in the day before, so check your email!

The property manager Lurdes was very helpful and accommodating. The room and ensuite were clean and the amenaties were very good. We found the location convenient and in comfortable walking distance to various sites.

No front desk, AC did not work. Hot water was missing the first two days. I tried to contact the manager and she never got back to me.
