Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Inconvenience We were very disappointed with our stay. Less than 12 hours before our arrival, we were informed that our reservation had been moved to a different building located approximately 2.5 km from the original location. This last-minute change completely disrupted our plans, as we had specifically chosen the original location for its proximity to our scheduled activities (three baseball games, the CN Tower, the aquarium, and the railway museum). Despite the inconvenience, no compensation was offered. The host claimed that the new unit was larger, but we didn’t need the extra space—we needed the location we had booked. The original location had a pool, which was an important feature for us, but the new location did not. There were also no chairs on the balcony, and the indoor chairs were not suitable for relaxing outside. More concerning, the door latch was broken: it could only be locked from the outside, and we were unable to unlock it from the inside—an obvious safety issue. On top of that, the TV remote didn’t work, making it difficult to use the television. All in all, this experience fell far short of expectations, and we would not recommend this host.

Excellent location across the street from Rogers Center. Good choice of restaurants. Vibrant area. Communication was easy.

This property had everything we needed and was within walking distance to CN tower, Roger’s Centre, Aquarium. Perfect place to stay with young kids. Was able to drop our bags off early before checking in and communication was top-notch! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay, was under some construction when we were there so s9me amenities were not available, which was not mentioned when booking.

Overall we had a good experience staying at this condo. It was in a great location, with a lot of shops/restaurants close by within walking distance. Condo was in good condition and was enough space for us (2 adults + 2 kids). Some of the items such as blankets and blinds had stains on them, and the towels need a refresh. Other than that, the condo was comfortable, clean and a decent size for us!

Great place to stay

Two electrical outlets had no power, so there was no wifi. Some parts of the kitchen are broken.

Though some little things could be fixed in the room we stayed in, the overall experience was great and the kids LOVED the pool.

Location is excellent. Plumbing in bathroom could be better. Also, one of the 2 elevators was frequently out of service during our stay.

Great location, great communication nice view. As for the bedding, it was ok but in no way the sofa bed could sleep more than one person! Sliding doors of the bathroom not working properly which can be a problem if you are travelong with friends…

Prime location, cheap parking adjacent to building and the apartment was awesome. The pool and amenities are good too!

The property was clean and roomy. It was also walking distance to CN tower and the aquarium. I would stay here again.

This unit was really great with a balcony view of the CN tower and the Roger’s center. Had everything we needed!

We chose this place to stay because it was close to the ballpark. Our trips are visiting all the major league baseball parks. This place was great. Close to the ballpark close to Union Station close to CN Tower. Rabba I asked him market down the street is a great place to stop in and get food and wine. The place is well appointed close to everything. Highly recommended. If you are planning a trip to Toronto, be sure to book here.

Amazing view and amenities! Would have liked it a little cleaner as in attention to detail (found some hairs that did not belong to us in the bathroom and in the bed) as well as some miner fixes that were like that when we got there the dresser and the strip on the floor for the sliding doors as well as door knob a little lose made me concerned for my son and mines safety but, did stay locked all night. The pool was amazingly warm but the hot tub was not up and running. Could use Sauna in replace of hot tub but I had no way to watch my son while using the sauna. Would have been nice to know ahead of time about hot tub. Over all good experience but not what I was expecting for that price. I guess I payed for the view mainly.
