This is by far the worst hotel. First, it's so hard to find this hotel in person. There is no sign. Also, there is a hotel whose name is almost the same(Provenza Lofts). I went there first. Additionally, the walls of the place were so thin. Other guest's were noisy and the music outside was loud. I couldn't sleep at night at all. First night, the hot water didn't come out. I had to take a cold shower. The refrigerator was noisy and I unplugged the power cable. Next day, the water was leaked from the refrigerator and the floor became wet. At last, when I tried to check out, there was nobody at the frontdesk. I assumed that situation, so I told the frontdesk the check out time in advance. I deposited $100. I needed them to return it to me. I found a person who was responsible for cleaning and he called another person. Finally, I got the deposit. Anyway, don't stay at this place, which will ruin your trip.

The manager was constantly on me for nothing. Was on top of me 19 hours before check out asking what time I was leaving. Gave me sheets with a mark on the then charged me for ruining the sheets that must have been 100 years old. Typical Medellin thief Terrible location. Photos don’t show the area. I did not feel safe

No housekeeping. So you take your own trash out and clean everything yourself. You have to go buy your own toilet paper after the first roll. No Hot water in the shower or Hot tub so I was never able to enjoy either.Checking in took over a hour because the employee was not around to help. The time of 3:30 was confirmed and he said he was 10 min away but didn’t show up until 4:45, causing us to miss our dinner reservation time. It was someone doing renovations every morning, with loud banging so was unable to get good sleep. Towels are limited and the property has NO SAFE to store valuables. Overall it was just somewhere to leave my bags and take a nap.I will not be staying here again unless some serious changes get made.

The property is old and out dated, the patio door in my unit didn't lock so I had to put a chair against so no one could come in, the wood on the floor is coming up so I couldn't walk around with out shoes on, no hot water in the sink, the hot tub didn't work, the noise from the disco next door when on all night ever night until 4-5 AM than the construction started at 7 am so you will not sleep, but the staff was very nice that's the only good thing about this property.

Not sure where to start. I usually try to stay with the positive. So, communication with staff is actually really good. Location of place is really good if you like nightlife. Steps from the action. Now to the more important items. So as much as staff tried I had no hot water for the majority of my stay. It got fixed at the end of the 9 nights. there is a lot of construction going on, and I am sure that is a big part of it. If you don't mind noise and can sleep with it, you will be fine, but if noise is an issue, this would be a hard stop for you. Next, there are no safes in the rooms, and that is usually a big no no, especially in Medellin. Well it bit me good. There was no unaccompanied people in my room while i was in it. But in a pocket where i keep other currency while in that country. My stack of USA money only vanished. I have a certain place I always leave my money when in foreign places and swap back when i leave. Well the US dollars were gone. Again, I was always in the room if another person was there, yet I had money missing. This bag is always in my sight unless I am out of the room. And is in a pocket that would require time to find. So, the no safe rule, It was maybe 300 US and stays in that spot until I am leaving for the airport. Fortunately, they kept it to the US money that was stolen, not my watch or passport etc... but then it would be to obvious as well.
