Overall service is good, but there are a few suggestions:
- The cafe area on the 8th & 9th floors should increase the level of recognition with customers (standee, Led screen at the check-in area or the entrance on the 1st floor) because the rooftop view is very good but the advantage has not been taken advantage of.
- The globe near the reception desk should be checked carefully: it should have the Hoang Sa & Truong Sa archipelagos of Vietnam

The hotel is clean, comfortable, located right in the center of Hon Gai, surrounded by full amenities. Going to the bathroom is a bit far but no problem!

Khách sạn không được thơm. Từ sảnh đến phòng nghỉ đều mùi ẩm thấp và hôi. Tệ nhất là phòng tắm: sọt rác không có nắp nên khiến phòng tắm rất hôi, lại không có quạt thông gió trong phòng tắm nên mùi hôi của giấy vệ sinh cứ quanh quẩn không thoát đi được.

Fanpage phản hồi hỗ trợ rất nhanh. Phòng view city, cột đồng hồ rất đẹp, phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên dọn dẹp đúng giờ. Khách sạn cho thuê xe máy, nếu bạn chưa có chỗ thuê, liên hệ với khách sạn để được hỗ trợ nhé. Tuy nhiên có 1 điểm trừ là phòng 705 mình ở có một chút mùi hơi khó chịu ở đoạn đầu giường và chỗ cửa nhà vệ sinh, mình không rõ lý do. Nhưng nhìn chung mọi thứ khá ổn.

I was on a business trip so I needed to write an invoice, but the accountant wrote me an invoice for missing money but didn't process it. So I have to spend my own money to compensate. Very dissatisfied with this.

The hotel really apologizes to you about the incident you mentioned above, but because during the time of issuing the invoice, the hotel side contacted you many times to send you an invoice to check, but I never received a response. Partly because the accommodation contract cannot be kept for a day, the accountant issued it. Because electronic invoices are difficult to edit once released, the above situation occurs.
