It is great or a budget hotel, it doesnt feel like budget. Very clean and comfortable room, staff was helpful as well. Location is good, walkable to city center.

Perfect location, very nice and modern reception with bar and sitting area. Clean and spacious room. Fantastic bedding.

Bedroom was clean and comfortable bed free hot drinks in reception was a bonus

I took one point off because the A/C kept turning off and also the shower door was leaking to the outside area.

Quality stay in Mechelen, decent hotel close to the centre.

Only reasons not 5 stars are very small bathroom and no drawers to store clothes. Very friendly staff, extremely clean, and easy walking distance to many sites, restaurants, shops, etc.

Basic, but modern and clean hotel. Good location with easy access to parking, both on the street and in the connecting garage. Service was very good from the staff, accommodating for gluten free options for my daughter at breakfast. I also liked the WhatsApp possibility for communication with the reception. Only minus for us staying for five days was that there was no fridge in the room, however I noticed that some other guests asked the staff to keep a few items for them in the fridge at the reception. Free coffee and tea in the reception all day, also a water dispenser with fresh, cold water, very appreciated. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant except for breakfast service, but we could use the breakfast area, which is nice, for eating take-away/delivery food in the evening.
