The location worked for what we needed but didn't seem to be in a very nice area. The carpet in the rooms were disgusting, definitely wear shoes. The sink faucet was so loose, we thought it would fall off. The sheets were clean & we slept ok which was what we needed but don't stay if you're looking for luxury.

The room itself was small. The bed was pushed up against the wall meaning I had to climb over my wife to get out. Carpet old and seemed dirty. Good shower, fridge, coffee/tea. I wish the breakfast started earlier. 8am so with certain activities and airport time, never got to enjoy except for one day with a nice spread with good rooftop. Quiet in late April. Location is outstanding. One street removed from the 2am noise. Decent pastry shop a block away that opens 6am and minutes away from Monasteraki square. A good value.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful three night stay at The Apollo Palm Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome, they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed, whether it was recommendations or small requests during our stay. Their hospitality really added a personal touch to our visit. We chose a loft room for our family of three, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The space was modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room for all of us to relax comfortably. The design and layout made it feel both stylish and practical, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. There was a generous variety of delicious options, all fresh and well-prepared, and we appreciated how plentiful everything was, never a shortage of anything, even during busier times. The hotel’s location in Athens is truly ideal. It’s just a short walk from many of the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city without needing transportation. Whether we were heading to historical sites, restaurants, or shops, everything felt conveniently close. Overall, we highly recommend The Apollo Palm Hotel. It offered comfort, convenience, great service, and excellent value. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Athens.

The staff were amazing. The breakfast was excellent. A full breakfast with many selections. The hotel arranged transportation to and from several areas. The room was a little smaller than I expected, but everything was very nice.

The breakfast was a limited affair and doesnt start until 8am which is annoying as some of our trips meant we needed to leave at 7.30-8am. The fruit was fresh but overall, very limited options.

We visited in March the air conditioning was not needed. The views from the roof top terrace were amazing though the bar was not open due time of the year. The weather warm but evenings were very cool. Jumpers or a coat were needed. The accomodation was of a very good quality. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfasts were very good, with hot options too. The only advice I would give is to turn right as you come out of the front door not left as you quickly arrive at a lovely area full of amazing restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice! Centrally based. Don't be put off by the outside area, inside is lovely with a peaceful courtyard bar. That combined with the rooftop views made a wonderful City break..

So, the staff was pretry amazing. Front desk was accommodating depending who was there. Breakfast was amazing!! Kostas was fabulous. He was always happy and attentive. Now the rooms, not so much a favorite. They were super small, but the staff did accommodate us by allowing us to hang out at night in their designated Breakfast area. There was zero room in our personal rooms. I've had closets bigger. The carpet would be my main complaint. I had read reviews about how nasty it was so i bought some new slipoers just for this trip. OMG! I needed them. The carpet felt sticky under my feet and i refused to step onbit bare footed. The soles of my brand new slippers were black by the time we left. The staff however did try. They "cleaned" the carpet the first day when we complained about it. However, i don't think their carpet cleaner works. It was still very dirty. The location was good, not in the heart of the center, but close enough for us. If you are going to stqy here, spend the extra money and get a bigger room. They promised they were slowly changing all the carpet out. I suggest they do it faster and reolace with tile or hard wood. Avoid this nasty carpet situation again.

We had an amazing trip and stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was some of the best we've had during our travels. The room had plenty of space and the bathroom was very clean. We would highly recommend and would be happy to stay again.
