Great modern hotel near centre. Shame breakfast didnt live up to rest of experience

No TV remote in room, I called the reception and one was brought up straight away

Flying visit. Very impressed with the hotel though for the price I paid. It would have been nice if I was there longer to use some of the facilities and restaurant/bar which looked very nice.

We stayed on Saturday 8th March in a penthouse few issues with cleanliness so we won’t be back bathroom unacceptable level of hygiene and room was spacious but stains on the carpet etc was off putting. I emailed my concerns but no reply that sums the experience up

Lovely clean hotel all staff very friendly. Asked room service staff if they could top up our tea and coffee this was not done . Had to go in search for more . Other than that excellent

Very clean and close to the city centre. Had a fridge and microwave in the room which was handy. Good spacious room with amazing shower

Reception welcome was great, friendly and personal. Room was spotless and bed comfortable. Fridge was a nice and useful touch.

Great place very quiet and well presented

Absolutely beautiful hotel! We stayed over for a concert at the garage, it was less than a 5 minute walk away so very convenient and plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. Staff were wonderful and friendly and offered us an upgrade to the penthouse suite for a couple of pounds extra. The room was gorgeous and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Only thing I would say is the curtains were too short and the light in the morning woke us up super early. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Glasgow city centre. Loved it

Really enjoyed the apartment. All was great untill i done the dishes... went to put them away and someone had previously put dirty plates back in the cupboard. Other than that it was really good. We went with our 4 year old and she also loved her 'holiday house' 😊 will return but would wash dishes before use 😅 We stayed for disney on ice at the Hydro which was a 20 minute walk

Amazing room along with an amazing view from the balcony- room was clean with a fabulous shower! Room was really comfortable, easy to use heating system and the TV is certainly user friendly, even managed to get my Netflix on (normally this never works for me 😅) Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was unfortunately underwhelming, the continental options could be increased (more fruit options, banana's being very important, porridge would be good and more choice in bread rather than cheap white or brown) with a better breakfast choice I would say this hotel would be perfect!

Value for money beutifull hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful. Carpark expensive and very small spaces. Attention to detail lacking a little, ie our shower toiletries were almost empty when we checked in

The room was lovely and spacious with a gorgeous shower. It is in a great location, close to the centre and very quiet around. We would definitely return and stay here again. The only negative is that wifi wasn’t great, not a problem for us but if you were wfh there it would be.

The shower gel was finished; one of the bedside reading lamps didn’t work; bedside USB ports didn’t work; TV channels all mixed up: TV required to be retuned; TV remote was terrible to operate; and no decaf tea or coffee in the room.

Lovely hotel or will be when building work around it finishes. Just needs better parking

Had a lovely time in Glasgow staying in the Sandman signature. Second time in this hotel and it only got better. Look forward to staying there again. Huge thumbs up for the comfiest bed 👍
