Room with a. View ! Nice. Small room. Bad room maid service. Everything else was great.

Stayed here a few times before. Lovely hotel, staff are very welcoming, view from the penthouse suites is stunning, great place to stay if you’re going to the hydro and lots of food and drink options around.

Lovely hotel and room, although it was very hot

Roadworks and closed roads made is very difficult to find the car park, some sign posting would have been helpful. Hotel room was excellent and clean. Noise outside the room from other guests walking past was quite bad.

Staff on front desk were amazing! We originally had an issue with our room, made the staff aware and it was sorted straight away they were very understanding and helpful. Overall very lovely stay definitely recommend.

Excellent service

Perfectly located in the city centre, excellent design and finishings, only one down...parking, very limited parking at the hotel and you need to use a local car park aprx 5 min walk away from the hotel, which is discounted for your stay. This is the second time we have stayed at the Sandman Glasgow, would highly recommend the city balcony rooms. Fantastic hotel.

Looks very new, and was comfortable. Slightly surprised that hotel bar was closed when I returned from the concert I was attending.

Good, but can’t park average to large car. Spaces very small.

Nice hotel

Staff at the front desk were excellent. Please pass on to the manager that we were very impressed with the caring welcome we received. Sound proofing in the room was poor.

Brilliant set up for families, wee kitchen with a fridge, hob and microwave and pans, utensils etc. Sofa bed in the living area and a door into the bedroom. Lovely clean facilities and the bed was really comfy. Will definitely use this hotel again next time we visit Glasgow

Hotel was dealing with an incident outwith their control during our stay . Staff handled it brilliantly.

Must be one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed at. The staff were helpful and polite at all times. The evening meal we had was excellent and the breakfast was made of a very extensive choice with the cooked breakfast being well presented and cooked very well. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back.

We were able to get our laundry cleaned as well as arrange for a mobility scooter. Concierge was very helpful with safekeeping and charging the scooter batteries.

We only stayed one night but would 100% come back and even stay longer. We didn't eat there so can't pass comment on that but the room was excellent. Bed was super comfy and huge, bathroom and shower was fabulous so luxurious. Loved that we had a wee microwave in the room too, very convenient. Only drawback was the room got a bit warm, but there was a fan provided in the room anyway. Will be back for sure.
