The view from our room (16th floor) was incredible! I would like to stay there again. BTW, if you want to use their buffet, make sure to get there way before 9:30. By then, they start to take the food away.

Well positioned, not too far from the railway station (within 15 minutes). Nice Executive lounge. Good sized rooms and nice layout.

I like Hilton Yokohama for its nice view to the city, cleanliness, amenities, and access to major areas. It’s comfortable spending time in the room, especially bathroom is very good but one thing I want them to improve isTV channel selection. Overall, I recommend the hotel.

The property itself is nice. It's a little ways away from any shopping or restaurants, and the one bar and grill downstairs (connected but not part of the Hilton) wasn't that great. The breakfast buffet was good, though we were oddly ignored when we asked for coffee, while everyone around us wasn't. 4 days in a row... The same could be said for the dinner buffet we tried once; within 5 minutes of sitting down to eat we were presented with our bill. No one else that we could see anywhere had theirs, almost like we, the foreigners, were being hurried out. Like I said, the hotel is kind of on a food island, and you have to walk to one of the nearby malls 10-15 minutes away to find something to eat, or even coffee. That's a little rare in major cities in Japan, where hotels are interconnected with every type of convenience. It's a Hilton, so the room was certainly up to par and comfortable. The staff was always very helpful, just not at the restaurants.
