My family stayed here for 1 night and had a quite satisfying experience. The staff was gentle and polite, caring about the guests' experience. I stayed on the 34th floor so the night view or sunrise was very beautiful. The room facilities were complete and clean. The breakfast was quite good but not too impressive, mostly popular dishes. My family liked watermelon juice but it was not available at the buffet counter that day, I requested it and it was immediately fulfilled. I arrived to check in quite early at around 5am, the lobby was quite hot (probably not air-conditioned) and early check-in was not supported even though I had a small child. Hopefully next time I return to the hotel it will be better. The hotel's location is ideal, near Lottemart; Circle K, just a few minutes walk to the beach. A few minutes drive to a local restaurant. I had to remind the staff to serve the family for the welcome drink, I feel the hotel is a bit negligent in this area. The Kid club is relatively small, few toys, quite a lot of books for children. The room is clean, has air conditioning. The breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes, the staff is friendly and open. The broth of the noodles and ribs is very delicious. The room has a very nice and comfortable city + sea view. Full amenities, strong wifi. Soundproofing is not very good.
