Clean room... minus point is slow reception service, room booked for 4 guests... check in only 1 double bed and 1 single bed, request extra bed from 3pm... reminded many times until 9pm to be served.

My family stayed here for 1 night and had a quite satisfying experience. The staff was gentle and polite, caring about the guests' experience. I stayed on the 34th floor so the night view or sunrise was very beautiful. The room facilities were complete and clean. The breakfast was quite good but not too impressive, mostly popular dishes. My family liked watermelon juice but it was not available at the buffet counter that day, I requested it and it was immediately fulfilled. The lunch space on the 28th floor was very beautiful and luxurious, the price was of course a bit higher but it was okay, the food was fresh and suited my family's taste.

I arrived to check in quite early at around 5am, the lobby was quite hot (probably not air-conditioned) and early check-in was not supported even though I had a small child. Hopefully next time I return to the hotel it will be better. The hotel's location is ideal, near Lottemart; Circle K, just a few minutes walk to the beach. A few minutes drive to a local restaurant. I had to remind the staff to serve the family for the welcome drink, I feel the hotel is a bit negligent in this area. The Kid club is relatively small, few toys, quite a lot of books for children. The room is clean, has air conditioning. The breakfast buffet has a variety of dishes, the staff is friendly and open. The broth of the noodles and ribs is very delicious. The room has a very nice and comfortable city + sea view. Full amenities, strong wifi. Soundproofing is not very good.

Just okay. The location is great—close to the shopping center and the beach—but it doesn’t feel like a 5-star hotel. Service is hit-or-miss. Some staff are friendly, others not so much. Check-in at 6 am took over 10 minutes and the staff wasn’t in uniform. I paid 1.7mil for early check-in compared to 1.3mil/night. Wish I had booked an extra night instead. Room cleaning staff are nice, but most of the breakfast buffet staff rarely smile. The kids' area is boring, and my son got tired of it in 5 minutes. The pool is indoor and too cold to swim. The room is not soundproof, and I could hear neighbors shouting in the middle of the night. The city view with a partial beach view is nice from the balcony. The food selection is enough for a 4-star hotel. It seems the hotel caters more to Chinese guests, as they were prioritized and well-assisted with welcome drinks and an exclusive dining area
