Housekeeping was kind of rude, and let the doors slam so loudly upon closing that my walls shook, so that was unnecessary and annoying. They also knocked on my door at least twice hours prior to checkout despite my having the "quiet" sign displayed on the door. My check-in experience was rather lackluster. The valet service was extremely lazy and I had to juggle my own luggage.

Beautiful hotel and very kind people running the operation! Gorgeous rooms and convenient walk to the center of town. The only thing that could be improved would be better noise insulation in the rooms.

This was a lovely hotel with great staff

It was ok. I didn’t like the fact that it was no microwave in room and I had to go up front at the desk and let them warm my food up. I did not like the fact they do not offer free breakfast. I already spent 200 a night for the room at least they could have offer a free breakfast for that price I paid. The room was clean but I had to move rooms because toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to fine somewhere to park because you had to pay for parking if you couldn’t find a park so I had to wait until someone comes out to catch a park. If you ask me they should have gave me a discount. Then had to put a 100 down and website did not say that. I just feel like it wasn’t worth it for me.

I Enjoyed.

This hotel is lovely and very well-located. The staff seemed to be very uneven. For example, the staff in the rooftop bar were over-worked and nearly everyone seemed to be new to the job. It made what should have been a nice space to relax unappealing. A lack of training is not the employees fault, but it does impact the stay.

Beautiful Property

The hotel staff was courteous and attentive. The hotel is in a great place for guests to explore nearby attractions. Most everything, from restaurants to musuems are within walking distance.

Loved the old world touch with modern appearance

I loved everything, with one exception. The valet service was non-responsive Friday night, 29 Nov, and Saturday morning, 30 Nov. Otherwise, the hotel staff and facilities were PERFECT!

Nice hotel. Only downside was all the soap dispensers in the room were empty.
