Hotel was amazing from the moment we walked in. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The pool had a wonderful view. The greenery everywhere and the decor was perfect. Great location close to all the nice restaurants and main strip. Looking forward to my next stay here

It's a cozy hotel at the heart of the historic center, making it convenient and walkable for us, and it's absolutely gorgeous. The interior is a combination of both traditional and new, and the staff members are great! Kathleen was kind, informative and very helpful with everything. Breakfast is also good! Very satisfied with this booking.

One of the most wonderful hotels we have ever stayed out with a beautiful spacious room, delicious breakfasts and convenience to the center of the old city for fine dining and shopping. We will be back often!!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the centre but surprisingly quiet. You can use the pool if the sister hotel casona del colegio which is bigger and have breakfast there if you like.

This was our first time in Cartagena and this hotel hit it out of the park. Everything was perfect and convenient. Facilities were clean and well kept. The staff was terrific and very accommodating. Will be returning here on our next trip back

Todo en el hotel fue excepcional, sus habitaciones cómodas totalmente limpias y acogedoras, la comida y tragos muy buena y rica, la atención del staff es especial resaltando la atención esmerada de Liliana y Álex que hicieron de nuestra estancia una muy buenas vacaciones y a pesar de no conocer personalmente a Sheik el gerente de ambos hoteles pude conversar con el y su trato y amabilidad fue muy esmerada. Sin dudas lo recomiendo y claro que volvería a ir.

The staff was so welcoming and good to us , clean rooms and smelled so nice as well , very warming sent , easy walking to everything , I’m so happy I stayed here the Servis was great and super clean . I will stay here again and they have another hotel right down the road 2 min walk , also another great place you can use their amenities , I would also stay there .

Loved this hotel. Well worth the money. Its so beautiful and clean. Shower was amazing, toilet has a boudoir, room was spacious, property is gorgeous. Staff was so friendly! Greeted us with free alcoholic beverage. Fruit and welcome note when we walked in. Flavored water in common area. Security at the door and feels super safe. The only negative was smokers in the common area on the 1st floor. Smokers should only be rooftop.

The staff at this boutique hotel were PHENOMENAL. Very kind, attentive, literally the best. The hotel in itself is so so beautiful! If I was to come back to Cartagena, I’d stay here again. Very close to everything! It’s also quiet when you’re in the hotel so if you don’t want to go out, you will be alright!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and the decor is beautiful. You can also share resources with their sister hotel, 2 mins down the road. Breakfast is delicious and there is a wide range to choose from. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, recommend getting a massage, they are so good here!!

Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. No AC, so the room got stuffy. Bathroom flushed poorly. The only plus was the location was good.
