Excellent place

They let people party until 4:30 am without any concern. We couldn’t sleep at all. Not going back there

My daughter's dad did not enjoy not having a television. Driving around is tough due to the darkness and hardly any lights around the area. But the property is very beautiful, calm, quiet, and clean

We don’t like smell of the room, and the shower water pressure. The rest was good. America, was pleasant, and very welcoming.

Nice resort with a mix of group, single, and bungalow lodging choices set in a beautiful valley with incredible views every direction. The resort is set up for parties of all sorts including weddings.

No hot water, the air conditioner didn't work properly, so it was really hot.

Not like the pictures , but it was clean but its a very basic room with a bed. Ir was safe and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The place is OK, it is very quiet, rooms are OK for 1 night or 2 sleep, just sleep not to stay there, the staff is friendly, the place is easy to get to, heated pool with a bar. Bathrooms are clean. The rooms can get cold during the night and very hot during the day

Very simple but had what we needed beds were comfortable staff was nice parking was easy. Would stay again

The property is rustic but beautiful. It is perfect for a wedding or event and you could take over the whole property. It was a little too cold for the pool but I’m sure the summer is lovely. There are only 3 cabins, up a lot of stairs. My calves got a great workout! There’s also many other rooms around the property. It’s not luxury but it’s clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful but you’ll do better if you can speak some Spanish. We had a girls trip in early April (off season) so there’s a couple things to note. The restaurant is not open and getting an Uber was almost impossible. We were able to walk to a local restaurant Jesusa (which was delicious!) We found a local wine tour and were able to hire the driver to take us to dinner most nights. There are many fabulous restaurants near by like La Justina, Finca Altozano, Oja Valle. We also walked to Contemplación Hotel and Spa for massages and spa time. Overall, I enjoyed this hotel and the entire area. It felt relaxing and everything we ate was amazing and everyone was met was friendly.

Staff was amazingly kind and accommodating but the place was not what was pictured on website.

The big cabin was a great choice for our party. Only issue we had was the water heater turned off during a storm and it took sometime for the water to be hot again.

Very clean and cozy place.There was a lot of good restaurants and wine attractions nearby.

América at the reception was very nice and kind, everything was so easy. Very nice and quiet place. All Was good for us. Couple of things inside the room could be better, like shower handle was loose and sink was clogged. Forgot to mention the shower handle to America. We had a good time there.

They need provide a better room
