The check-in process was a bit complicated, Mrs. Liliy as the owner did not partner with Traveloka, but with a 3rd party agent, Booking.com, but not directly with Booking.com, I don't know how it worked on Traveloka. So when I booked on Traveloka, it didn't go directly to Mrs. Liliy, but manually through her agent. So maybe the agent forgot to WA Mrs. Liliy about my booking for 2 rooms for 3 nights, so when I came to check in, I was rejected until I called Traveloka and finally I was able to check in but was in a really bad mood. Hopefully next time if there are guests who check in but haven't received confirmation, it's better to check with the agent first, don't just be stubborn and say "it's not my fault, there's no booking on my WA, Miss". The bathroom water came out sharply, the shower and bidet needed to be cleaned, the pillows were high so I had a headache, the AC in room 9 wasn't cold at all. In the end, we only stayed for 1 night and the 2 nights were forfeited, we chose to move hotels. Thank you, my child was given snacks and a towel while swimming.
