Room comfort was so good. We weren't disturbed during our vacation.

The room is nice but the bathroom is old, no water barrier. You can choose breakfast in advance but it's not delicious, the next day they don't refill water for you. The staff is enthusiastic.

The room is beautiful in every corner. The receptionist is very enthusiastic. Everything is great. The toilet is very stylish but I didn't take a picture. The Cao Lau in the morning is delicious.

Hotel near the center. Room is average. Breakfast only has 1 choice, no buffet. Food is okay but not delicious. Space is a bit cramped and cramped. The staff is friendly with Western guests, but not very friendly or cheerful with Vietnamese guests.

Not satisfied, about the service. Expensive.

The receptionist was funny and the hotel was beautiful, clean and so cute.

Good but at first the receptionist informed me that I booked a basement room not a room with a balcony and view. Blame traveloka but I don't know why the experience is reduced because of this problem

There 's breakfast provided but only limited choices, the room is huge and comfortable, the hotel provides free bicycle for their guests too.

The room is great for such a cheap price, everything from the service to the people here is worth 100/100!

The villa is a bit far from the old town, nearly 2km away. Every time you go in and out, you have to take a Grab car, but it's okay because it only costs less than 20k Grab and this villa is also located on the shuttle bus route that I booked to run by, so I picked it up and paid in advance. Door open, very convenient. In my opinion, the room is relatively spacious, with a very chill sunny balcony. The equipment is complete and quite new. However, there was a slight water pipe problem that required the water to be turned off for about 15 minutes, but the villa quickly fixed it so it didn't affect it too much. The Villa also includes breakfast when booking, including cakes and fruits, regular coffee and tea, and 1 main dish (there are about 20 menu items to choose from in advance). I chose a portion of Cao Lau, quite full but the flavor was just okay.

Toilet was with some strands of hair. There was some mosquitos in toilet and bedroom areas. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Overall, our room was Deluxe Queen with Balcony with cleanliness should be done better.

too bad, staying at a place with the owner, the food smelled terrible, the receptionist had an unpleasant face, stayed once and didn't want to stay, but accidentally paid and had to stay

The room is beautiful and clean as pictured. Unfortunately, I didn't have much time to stay in the room. The receptionist was very friendly and enthusiastic. 9/10 points
