The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and it really 5 star hotel but they have a club at the first level where they stay until 4am. I was at the 3rd floor but still hear the music and vibration. I didnt get a good sleep because of that.

Great place to stay.

Hotel is new and very clean. Well equipped rooms with shower and a separate soaking tub. In room safe, hairdryer , iron board , mini fridge , smart TV. Good lighting and latest in door key tech. Walking to many restaurants and groceries. Breakfast was plenty choices and good quality.staff were excellent. I only spent 1 night as I was connecting to another flight next day but managed to use most including the pool which has an attendant. Great place and decent price.

Great Breakfast , nice and tidy room. Friendly staff. However lifts were very busy at times and the hotel management should increase the elevator capacity.

Rooms are big and bathrooms too. Clean and comfortably king size bed. No restaurant o the hotel but plenty outside. Swimming pool ok. Neighborhood is to noisy until 2am. I wouldn't stay there again.

The service was poor including dining services. The breakfast quality was poor. Asiana Hotel is a much better choice.

Check in and check out with a very unique Receptionist! She was very nice and helpful.
