There was no soap at all in the room, and there were cigarette ash stains on the window, and the room looked like it had been barely cleaned.

Checking in is not complicated, clean rooms, friendly service, clean toilets, cold AC, warm / cold water okay. Always a customer when in Surabaya. Recommended
