Affordable price, unfortunately there are some problems in my room, the door can't be closed, the toilet light is off. But overall nice place to stay and hotel staff is helpful

Overall the hotel is good and the staff is friendly.

The staff need to train how to prepare the room. We need to ask for towels and soap. The swimming pool looks dirty, no trash bin in the room. The TV in the room not. Working at all. The owner need to fix lots problems in this hotels, some others comments had the same problems but never fix. Good luck.

When the power goes out. There is no generator. The hotel staff does not provide a solution.

Tv gak bisa nyala, lantai berdebu jadi harus pinjam sapu dulu ke staf, ada kecoa mati di bawah wastafel, air kran nya terasa asin, padahal di masjid Gili airnya gak asin. Ini beberapa kendala saya selama nginap di sini. Untuk kamar, ac, wc, dan tempatnya, overall bagus & lumayan nyaman. Thankyou. Tingkatkan lagi kulitasnya.

The service is good, but the toilet needs repair, the shower is falling out.
