Dirty room and bathroom and some equipment broken and room not suitable

Good room and good price. If you need to stay for more than a day, I recommend this place.

At dawn, it disturbed the peace of sleep, it was very noisy, there was an unknown person in the room who knocked at 4 in the morning (the receptionist's explanation was "sorry someone was drunk earlier") How can a drunk person enter the inn and disturb other people! And the reception is useless, there is no one to reprimand those who make noise! There's no apology! Very disappointed! In the hallway of the room, it was noisy with people chatting and laughing at dawn without thinking about other people staying overnight (it happened at 04.10-4.35) until my husband and I couldn't sleep anymore! Very disappointed! No respect for other residents. Just the first and last stay here. Plus 1 more, before checking out at around 11. There are other guests who could get the wrong room and come in. Even though the room uses a card, how come it can be opened from the outside! Even though it was locked from the inside! Very disappointed and uncomfortable! And no apologies!
