The condition of the room and the staff service were quite good and satisfactory.

The hotel staff is friendly. I took a family room yesterday, the room was very spacious with a small balcony so I could go outside. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, but it's a shame that the room I booked didn't have a Qibla sign for prayer, so I had to use my phone, but overall it was good, and the price wasn't expensive, it was appropriate.

The TV doesn't work, the soap and shampoo smell good, but the towel has blood stains that can't be removed.

The environment is a bit noisy but so far it's okay.

two nights there.... it's great, will come back again... even though I changed to a cheaper room because it's far away, it was more comfortable and felt at home.

The room was clean, but the blanket I got was dusty, I asked for it to be changed right away, they quickly changed the sheets and blanket, thank you.

The sheets are dirty like they haven't been washed, the AC keeps making noise so I don't use the AC, I want to complain but it should be according to the price
