The room is clean, tidy, the service is very friendly, the location is strategic, yesterday I got a room that was right next to the road so sometimes I woke up when I heard a loud motorbike, otherwise it was really good.

Arrived at 9 pm, the check-in process was fast. The room floor was clean, the walls were condensing so there were lots of mold spots. The bathroom had no ventilation or exhaust, so the steam after taking a shower with warm water took a long time to disappear. The room had no ventilation so it was a bit stuffy. The TV could be turned on but there were no channels. The atmosphere at night was very quiet.

My booking was on the wrong date, but because there were still rooms, I was still allowed to stay. Thank God. It's quite close to the observation post but it's a bit difficult to find food outside the holiday season. The room is nice, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom condition just needs improvement.

The location is strategic, close to tourist attractions, on the side of the road so it's easy to find. The accommodation is comfortable, there is a small kitchen that can be used together, there is a stove to boil water & cook noodles, tea & sugar are provided if you want to make hot sweet tea. The view of the room is really nice, I was given a room on the top right corner, the room is quite spacious, the hot water for bathing works, only the bathroom on the top floor is very small, but overall it's not a problem. There is a terrace to sit and have coffee in front of the kanar with a beautiful view. The service is fast, friendly, given advice & tips if you want to go to the sky gate tour, given to borrow his personal motorbike to buy dinner. The response was very fast when he found out the tea was finished, he immediately bought a new one. Staying here is nice because the air is very cold so you don't need to use AC or a fan. God willing, I will stay here again if I go to Dieng, because it's that comfortable & that good. Come on, don't hesitate to stay here, you won't regret it.

The place to stay is very comfortable especially for toddlers, the staff and owner are very friendly, even small children feel comfortable here, there is a common kitchen for cooking, hot water is really good which is needed because Dieng is that cold, mountain view from the 2nd floor, and most importantly close to everywhere with tourist attractions. With places to eat also close, it is very impressive, want to come back to stay here next time.

The welcome from the owner and manager of the inn (Mas Saeful) was very kind and polite, I just wanted to leave my bag, but instead I was allowed to check in straight away, even though it was only 5 am, Mas Saeful was very helpful in providing information on tourist attractions, the room was clean, hot water flowed straight away, thank you, if I go to Dieng again I want to stay here again, good service + room service.
