the place is really hidden, there is no sign or location written. it is very difficult to find it, the phone number cannot be contacted. we spent about 1 hour looking for the sign. there is no receptionist, when we arrived the guard was confused even though we had booked 2 weeks in advance. the pool is dirty, the bathtub cannot be used, the water cannot be filled, the outer door cannot be locked. the kitchen equipment is dirty and not maintained. as a result, I can't cook anything, I just stay in the room. when I came home at 11.30 there was no one at all. tsk tsk. The most unworthy villa I have ever stayed in.

Not the cleanest or nicest location in Lombok but for the price you get a private pool with awesome night time lighting. Could be cleaner and had an issue with water not working wouldn't have been an issue if there was someone onsite or a WhatsApp number I could contact. I did have to wait a few hours for it to be rectified.
