The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and clean. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I thought most hotels in Cat Ba would be old these days, but this one, I don't know how long it's been around, didn't seem too old at all; it was great. If I ever come back, I would definitely book this hotel again.

The location is central, close to the square, beach, and restaurants. Customer service is excellent. The rooms are clean, airy, and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities for the price. The staff are very enthusiastic. I will definitely return to this place if I have the chance.

The room wasn't fancy, but it was clean. The receptionist was very helpful to our family, assisting with booking the Lan Ha Bay tour and helping with early check-in since we had many young children. She was very lovely. The hotel owner was also easygoing and cheerful. Our family was very satisfied with our stay here ❤️

Chủ nhà nhiệt tình thân thiện , phòng ốc sạch sẽ mới xây , đồ vệ sinh cá nhân như kem đánh răng tốt hơn trong nam . Phòng tắm sạch sẽ vòi phun căng đét bao nước nóng . Cảm ơn chủ nhà nhiều ạ .
