The staff was very friendly and polite. We checked in in the evening and there was no problem. I left my two cats in the car and one broke out. It was not the hotel's fault, though I should have asked if I could bring them in. They showed sympathy for what happened and I left my contact and a cat's cage with them. I hope they will contact me if my cat returns to the hotel. Besides that, my stay was great. Highly recommended if you need a transit hotel.

It's a mess, there's no water for taking a shower, after asking, they turn it on and turn it on, wait a long time and end up not taking a shower, when I go to the toilet there's no water, it makes me regret staying overnight.

The place is clean and comfortable, the AC works well. It's just a shame there's no drinking water and no trash can provided.
