There was no toothpaste or soap provided in the room. The AC wasn't cold at all, and even though I'd reported it to the staff, there was no solution, so I was hot all night. Parking was difficult.

If you're in transit to BPN, you'll definitely come here, it's cheap, comfortable, worth it.

The building needs renovation but is in good condition and is close to the airport... suitable for transit.

The room is decent but the walls are a bit dull.

The room is nice, clean and tidy, the pillow spray smells good, only the facility is a dispenser for the public but there are no glasses available.

There was no blanket, there was a thin cloth for the upper room, before checking in on the lower floor there was a bed cover blanket.

Thank God, the service is very good, friendly, clean, the place is not noisy, and of course, the watch was left behind, thank you sis 🥰

A comfortable and safe place to stay in Balikpapan, highly recommended to stay here and it is close to the airport, suitable for transit.

Pros: - staff are very friendly and accommodating - always prepared to help - allowed 1 hour early check-in - provided Suhoor from 3am - location is good and has musalla as well - free ride to the airport but couldn't use due to mismanagement (I told them the time a day before but they forgot to remind me so I just used grab instead) Cons: - first time in my life a room with no toilet-tissues or room-napkins - phone/laptop charging ports not available. had to use kettle's socket for charging - didn't see many people at the hotel even though it's a big hotel - food was below par and low quality - not fresh and no variety

For those with high mobility, this hotel is really worth it, cheap and cheerful, close to city access.
