The room was okay, but some parts were broken and looked dirty. The hot water didn't work, and there was no mineral water provided for drinking.

It seems like there's not enough staff. It's a shame I have to handle everything myself. If possible, add more people specifically for housekeeping and front desk. That way, you can focus on cleaning and maximize your time.
