Could be better, even to just get everything in place and working.

The bathroom glass suddenly fell and broke while my friends and I were chatting. Our prediction was that the glass was not properly attached, at the time of the incident I quickly reported it to the staff, but instead I was charged. It was very unprofessional. Really regret staying at this place!

Should have been given soap, sir, if the order was from. Clean and comfortable.

The mattress is not very good, there are no blankets, towels, toiletries, the toilet is dirty, the room smells. Moreover, the sheets are not hotel sheets. Try to ask for a blanket instead of a bed sheet instead of a blanket, ask for a towel instead of a towel that turns from white to brown. The TV doesn't work. Does not match the photo shown in the application.

The atmosphere was noisy, people were shouting incoherently, people wanted to stay overnight to be comfortable, the TV couldn't show.

It is better to cooperate with the application, that is what is given to the customer. Even if the manager offers a different room from the application, the facilities are still provided intact as they should be. Avoid complaints from customers as much as possible.

The AC is not cold. Towels must be requested, blankets must be requested. Drink dispenser gallon (statement using mineral bottles) no shower, no tap water in the bathtub. Overall disappointed, tonight is hot until sweating, change room full statement.

At that price, it is not recommended at all, the mattress has collapsed, the AC is not cold, and the TV is full of ants, haha, it's really funny. I'm really tired of staying here.

Diketerangan kamar mandi: shower. Ternyata tidak ada shower, harus tampung air dibak mandi dari kran air. AC nya ga dingin kak, layar remotenya juga buram. Staff nya ramah. Terima kasih.
