the place is dirty and very stuffy

Cleanliness is lacking. Dirty items were found.

Kebersihan kurang, AC tidak bisa dikecilkan, tidak ada stop kontak untuk cas HP.

Enak sihh bersih cuma gak ad air hangatnya saja. U/harga murmer banget.

It's dirty, aka very dirty, the smell is terrible, it's not time to check out my child, I've been going in and out until I take him home.

AC is not cold. The bathroom is smelly and slippery, the blanket still has blood stains 😭. It's cheap, but the facilities should still be maintained.

Depan hotel banyak tumpukan sampah, hotel seperti room karaoke, tak tersedia water heater, tak tersedia air mineral, receptionis sangat tidak ramah dan lamban, terkesan menyepelekan tamu.
