Friendly staff, strategic location, the good thing is there is Zasgo mart, CFC, Miniso downstairs, no need to leave the hotel, just go downstairs, highly recommended.

Strategic location, the ocean view from the swimming pool and restaurant is really cool, especially at sunset, you must take photos, the breakfast menu variety is also quite good and all the taste is delicious, the service is also good, all the employees are friendly and very helpful. I tried a total of 3 hotels during my 6 days in Labuan Bajo and the best one is still Zasgo, that's why I booked Zasgo again on my last day there 😄

2nd time stayed at Zasgo, we booked the twin room. The place is great. Zasgo mart at the ground level for everything you need. Pool facing the ocean with a great view, staffs are friendly, breakfast quite variatif with a good taste. Beautiful view from the resto. Nice and comfort room, bathroom provides hot water, amenities. Have a good holidays gaes..😎

Although it's a bit far from the harbor, the surrounding facilities are very complete. There's a swimming pool and bar with a great sunset view. There's also a Miniso, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a restaurant, and a CFC. The staff is also friendly and accommodated my requests, like wake-up calls and luggage storage. 100% recommended

The check-in and check-out process is not complicated. The hotel staff is very friendly, informative, even though they ask a lot of questions, they don't answer rudely. There is a package for breakfast that can be brought because sailing must leave early, the breakfast is delicious. The room is clean, complete, there is a hair dryer. The variety of food at breakfast is quite complete, the view is very nice. The location of the hotel is also good, there is a miniso, pharmacy, supermarket next to it. The elevator press from the 5th floor is a bit hard, so you have to hit it a bit before it turns on.

The good thing about this hotel is the view from the breakfast area. Breakfast for 2 days can be said to be the same, no changes. Yesterday it should have been fried noodles, tomorrow it should have been fried rice. The shower water is small, after my husband took a shower, I didn't get hot water. The TV, I don't know if we understand or what, can only play YouTube. The AC is cold, it's better to choose a room without windows because the view from the window is also lacking. The location is close to the city.

My room changed 1 level below what I booked and there was no notification from the app either. I asked and they said the room type I booked was full.
