The room is spacious and the room facilities are good. The city view is superb. However, of all the hotel stays I've experienced, this is the first time I've been refused an additional towel request and charged an extra fee for it. It would be understandable if the towels provided were in good condition; however, the towels available in the room were full of holes and, frankly, in worse condition than a doormat.
The reception staff should be trained in professional written communication. Since communication with the front desk was only available via WhatsApp, I expected a more professional approach. Instead, the responses felt overly casual, as if they were chatting with a friend.
We stayed for two nights, and on the second day, our key card stopped working and could no longer unlock the room door. The restaurant offered a very limited variety of food, and there were rarely any staff members available to clear away used plates and dining utensils.
Overall, this hotel does not offer good value for money. Even a three-star hotel provides a significantly better experience than this. Will not come back in the future.
