Check in at 2 am, the lobby seemed a bit creepy because there were mannequins and lots of kebayas, but in the morning it felt homey, the room was clean, the AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, there were towels, but there were no other amenities, hot water and tea and coffee were available in front of the room, it was quite close to the gudeg center, in front of the homestay there was a cafe, it was quite nice not to have to go far to have coffee.

It doesn't match the rating and the actual, the bathroom is dirty, the sheets haven't been changed, basically don't get scammed again at this hotel

Recommended place close to the tourist center in Yogyakarta city. Friendly service. Good room facilities, friendly prices. Bude who owns it is friendly, the pool is the best. Thank you Bude, I will go there again. Aamiin.

Alhamdulillah, happy to stay here because the place is strategic, comfortable and close to everywhere. The owner's father and mother are also friendly and kind, so it's like family.

if it's for adults, just transiting and resting, it's okay. It's also clean. But if you bring little ones, they don't seem to like it, the house has a very Dutch vibe.

The inn staff is friendly, the room is clean. But the bathroom needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness. The toilet in the room was clogged so we had to use an outside toilet. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable.

The location is great, nearby Jl Wijilan which dedicated street for Jogja culinary especially Gudeg as well as inner Keraton Fotress. While the the Inn itself is sorrounded by few Cafes, Satay, as well as Bakmi Java. While the location is great, conversely to the Inn. It's meet for backpacker people who need basic requirements for stay like tidy and clean room, bed, and toilet but are adequate for family who require big enough room, amenities, or vacation facility such as swimming pool. The family bedroom type itself equip by one big size bed, one extra bed, LED tv with local channels, one open cupboard with mirror and clothes hangers, and mineral water bottles. For additional hot water, there is hot water dispenser outside the room including the tea, sugar, spoon, and cups. The Inn is part of the owner house and in front of it located kopine eyang cafe. The service from the owners was great. We can advance the check in time in the morning with cost Rp 50K. Overall the Inn is good enough for short trip mode.

The service is quite good, the owner is very friendly. Free coffee & tea are provided. The room is a bit small, the cleanliness is maintained, the AC needs maintenance.

Strategic location near the gudeg center. The Kraton square is very close, the morning walk is very comfortable, the owner is friendly, there is motorbike parking inside for the evening, in front of it there is a cafe which is ok for drinking coffee while waiting for after check out time. However, Reddorz-style amenitis doesn't look like in the photo. The AC is cold, the TV is okay, the bathroom is clean

Salah satu rekomendasi penginapan yang dekat dengan alun-alun Utara, keraton Jogja, sentra gudeg dan banyak lainnya. Didepan guesthouse juga ada coffee shop yang buka sampe malem jadi enggak perlu jauh-jauh kalau mau ngopi. Bapaknya yang punya juga ramah banget.

Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, deket dengan alun-alundan malioboro dan si bapa dan ibunya baik banget super ramah, jadi kaya main dirumah kakek sendiri. Insyalloh nanti kalo ke jogja lagi nginep di sini lagi.

The location is close to North Square, and if you walk to point 0 km Jogja it only takes around 10-15 minutes, around the hotel location there are many gudeg sellers and it is close to Soto Ayam Pak Ndut. The hotel lady is very nice, the staff are friendly, in front of the hotel there is Cafe Dhaup. For facilities at that price, it's very decent, very fast wifi, unlimited free coffee and tea making, the bathroom water is fresh, don't hesitate to book a room here, guys.

Tempat yang sangat dekat jika ingin kemanapun, kebetulan check in hampir tengah malam, tapi pemilik hotel dengan sigap membantu prosesnya dengan cepat dan ramah. Terima kasih.
