The only thing that's expensive is the price, the quality is outrageous.

It doesn't match the picture, and I immediately ordered it because I needed a place to transit quickly, so I didn't look at the reviews, it turns out there are already many disappointing reviews here. The worst room I've ever had. The room is musty, the mattress is no longer suitable, the sheets smell and make you itch, the bathroom is narrow and dirty, the water heater doesn't work, there are lots of used items in the room and in the bathroom (broken shelves, broken chairs), there are cockroaches, the TV is broken (keeps turning off) until it finally doesn't turn on at all, the lights are short-circuited, the chairs are broken but still on display, the room is messy and smells musty, the AC is noisy and not cold. The check-in process is long, the order via the application is experiencing problems (according to the officer). I ordered 1 night, I only stayed for a few hours because I had to go out, until finally I checked out myself by storing the room key in the locker that had been provided. For the management, please improve the condition of the room, even though most of the customers are just "transiting", but please improve the facilities and condition of the room.

Check in at 7pm. Checked out at 7 am because I was in a rush to go home, the place was comfortable even though I was a bit clueless about how to turn on the TV 😆.

Kamar nya ancur banget. Kamar gak layak huni kok di sewakan. Bau rokok, kamar mandi jorok. Lantai jorok, sprei jorok bau gak ganti berapa lama tuh. AC ya otomatis dong bau rokok. Dimana-mana bekas puntung rokok. Semut dimana. Asli parah banget jorok.
