I reluctantly write this review as I am extremely disappointed with the service and facilities at this hotel. I stayed for two nights, from December 25th to 27th, and it was an awful experience.
First, I was given the dirtiest room, which seemed like it hadn’t been used in a long time. It felt as though they only offered me this room because they assumed I would accept it without question.
On the second night, there were issues with the electricity—it kept going off and on for two hours! The receptionist on duty at the time was unhelpful and unprofessional, spending the entire time on his phone instead of assisting me. When I requested a replacement room, he refused, claiming there were no available rooms. However, I saw him give another room to a different customer who was part of a group. His behavior towards me as a customer was unacceptable.
This was my second stay at this hotel, but I will never come back again!
