The hotel staff is friendly, can move rooms. But there is a lot of hair everywhere (bed, floor). The pillowcase smells musty (head odor), the electricity token has run out and has not been refilled.

for this price it's ok compared to others. the most comfortable is the mattress because it's big and soft. the room is spacious. have stayed here several times when going to Jogja because you can just walk when you get off the bus

FO officers are not friendly, reluctant to serve guests. The room AC doesn't work, there's no alternative to changing rooms or using a fan. The room is not clean, there are lots of ants. Won't come here again.
