The hotel is nice and comfortable

When the flood reaches the room, it will be repaired in the future

Ordered 8 rooms but in 2 different lodging locations, there was no confirmation at all that the rooms we ordered were in 2 different locations

Great, roadside location close to urban areas

The room attendant was not friendly, and the room reservation was not in accordance with the application.

Kamarnya oke, tapi fasilitasnya sangat tidak oke, yang jaga juga tidak oke. Di dalam kamar hanya ada 1 botol minum, tidak ada tissue, tidak ada handuk, tidak ada peralatan mandi. Saat di konfirmasi ke receptionist jawaban-jawabanhanduknya habis sedang di cuci karena hanya di kasih handuk 10-10jawab reception sambil sibuk dengan game di gadgetnya. Tumb down!

AC tidak dingin, resepsionis pasif, hotel tidak 24 jam, jam 10 malam pagar sudah dikunci alasan resepsionisnya butuh istirahat, padahal kerjany duduk saja.

Staffnya ramah, sayang cuma ada 1 orang dan tampaknya agak kewalahan. Tempat itu bukan hotel tapi indekos harian. Sama sekali tidak memenuhi standard hotel. Semoga ke depannya bisa lebih baik.

Tidak recommended. Pelayanan buruk. Pegawai tidak ready. Buka pagar tamu sendiri. Tidak ada handuk.

The toiletries weren't provided, if the room was good, unfortunately the wifi didn't seem to want to be provided.

There are mice and rat droppings.

Drinks, towels and proper sanitation equipment are not provided, the guards are not on standby so the check-in process is difficult.
