For this accommodation, I give a personal rating of 9.5/10. Here are some reasons: 1. Clean and fully equipped place. There is AC, cable TV (can stream), hot water, and a sink. Cold AC, good blankets and towels. 2. The bathroom is provided with a shower tutorial and provided soap and shampoo (with famous brands), so it makes it easier for me to trust the quality. 3. The hallway is quite comfortable with lots of sofas and there is a table for eating not in the room. 4. The area around the homestay has several stalls and places to eat so it is easy to find food outside the accommodation. 5. The owner is very friendly and has integrity Suggestions and input: 1. There is a cable for more plug access 2. The shower hanging place is made more inclined so that it is not too close to the wall when the water comes out (so that my body is not close to the wall when taking a shower) 3. Clothes hanger (freely behind the door or attached to the wall) 4. Qibla direction marker

Smoking in the outdoor area is not allowed. Must be outside the fence. The fence is locked and not allowed to go out at 24.00. Like a dormitory. The way to reprimand customers is really rude. The rules should have been stated at the beginning. Strange rules. The AC is not cold, the hot water is not on. Even though there is a hot water machine. But it is not functioning. There is no thermos for coffee.

The owner is very friendly. The room is clean and fragrant. Very comfortable. Definitely recommended.

Satisfied for the two of us, it was only 1 night because the next day we continued our journey. The room is clean & fragrant, the bathroom is clean, the shower water is strong, the AC is cold, the towels & blankets are still in plastic from the laundry. Free Wifi. 2 bottles of mineral water are provided. Thank you, Mr/Madam, the friendly owner, next time you travel to Madiun, you can use it as a reference again. Oh yes, smoking & vapor is prohibited, fortunately we don't smoke.
