The hotel staff were not on standby, some of the rooms were used, the rooms were not ready even though they had been paid in full.

I ordered 2 rooms and both of them couldn't watch the TV and my child's room had AC that wasn't cold and the bathroom was dirty.

For bed sheets and rooms need refreshing looks worn

Dirty room, TV not working, mattress feels unclean, no toilet tissue, night light is dead. Hopefully it can be better because the location is very strategic

It's my 3rd time stay over in this place. What we pay, what we get. The man in this stay over place was help us much, when we have problem with our room. He straightly offer us, the other room. Good responsibility and humble person.

The room is quite spacious, the service is okay, but the cleanliness needs to be improved because the room smells of cigarette smoke huhu

Side to side with umbul ponggok and near with MTS school Jeblog. Front of gang there is authentic ramen place, we did try and not to bad. There is bird nest above our bedroom door, so we can hear the babies bird cried. Uniqe. What we paid what we get.

Overall it is good and recommended for those who want to vacation in the Umbul Klaten area, only for car parking it is a bit more important.
