Service is not friendly and not comfortable. ✓ Towels ✓ Toothbrush + toothpaste x Mineral water x Soap x Sandals The bathroom door can't be closed, there are cockroaches in the room, the TV doesn't work.

The receptionist was not friendly, the room was in a shabby condition, the bathroom door was broken, the toilet was dirty and not clean, the sheets + pillows were dirty, there was no cupboard, the towels smelled, the place was a horror, an old building.

The place is dirty, the AC is not cold, it smells of cigarettes, it's not recommended to bring your family, there are no tissues, drinks, no upgrades, it's expensive

The room is not as pictured. The shower faucet is broken. The pillows smell. The mattress looks like it's about to collapse.

The hotel is spooky and a bit smelly

Booked 2 rooms well in advance and paid in full. Eh, when I arrived, I got the remaining room and had to argue before moving rooms, the toilet in the room was broken so I had to fill it manually so that if I pooped it would float away. There was a lot of trash under the bed and the AC was not cold. First and last booking, it would have been better to add a little to get a hotel.

Dirty, there are cockroaches too, the door handle is broken

In some rooms, the flush toilet is broken. The first time I opened the door, the room smelled really bad of cigarettes and the AC often gave an error and was not cold. I had contacted the staff and it was fixed but it gave an error again and the second time the staff seemed to be grumbling to themselves.

Sorry to have to review this. In my opinion, the room is shabby and very scary, the swimming pool is very poorly maintained. There was no soap and coincidentally when I stayed the towel was still a little wet like someone had used it. Hopefully it will be better 😊.

I ordered free wifi. But when I asked for it, it turned out to be an additional 5 thousand. I also had to pay for parking, and the bathroom was dirty. It was really bad.

Hotel rent out my booking to other guest before check in cut off time. So totally very dissapointed that I have to find other hotel at 11pm, although they refunded my money on that night right away. I waited until 1; 15 am to ensure it is settled.

Very disappointed, the AC didn't work, the room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, lots of mosquitoes, we didn't stay for 2 nights, we immediately looked for another hotel.

With a relatively affordable price <120 I get. The location is quite strategic, about 7 minutes I can walk to the front of the main road to find a place to eat, there are Alfamart and Indomaret also at the main crossroads above. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the bed is soft, there are blankets, there is a TV with clear pictures, there is cold air conditioning, there is a cupboard for clothes, a table and chairs, the bathroom has a toilet seat, there is hot water, the main light in the bedroom uses a motion sensor. For me this is enough to rest unwind.
