It's really cool, if I go to Tarakan I always stay here

I got a room where the curtains looked like they had never been changed, there were towels from previous guests in the closet. There was only 1 soap even though I stayed for two nights, towels and slippers were not provided, and there was no hot water shower. Please maintain cleanliness so that guests are comfortable.

everything is good but please clean the spider webs in the bathroom area and clean the bed sheets using a broom so they are not dirty, spray mosquitoes first and check out time can be extended by one hour without any charges

The condition of the hotel needs to be renovated because it is very unclean, shabby, stuffy and the hotel staff doesn't care about the customers who come.

The hotel is rotten, the mattress has mites and termites, the bed covers and blankets are dirty and have never been cleaned, the water is brown and not flowing and you have to borrow a bucket to collect water, it is not recommended to stay there because you won't be able to sleep.

The room is spacious, clean and fragrant, request a room on the top floor with a sea view.
