I rented here for 2 nights. When I checked out, there was a little dirt on the blanket (because the baby ate chips and wiped his hand on it). The stain was as small as a baby's hand, 2-3 stains. The hotel charged me 100k for laundry fee. I was shocked. I've stayed in many places and have never seen this happen before. So if it's not dirty, the hotel doesn't wash it? I rented 2 rooms for nearly 3 million for 2 nights and that didn't include washing the blanket? The amount of money wasn't much but it was really annoying. There was no beach to swim here. I really regretted staying here for 2 nights. There were 2-3 beaches around, but they were very dirty because they belonged to a fishing village, not a tourist village. Then the receptionist showed me a paper when I arrived that I signed and said "compensation if property in the room is damaged". It was really OMG. I was willing to give 100k after a few questions and the receptionist apologized for just following the rules, but I will definitely share the story widely so that future customers can have a fun and comfortable trip when leaving. For breakfast, the hotel has Hoang Thao restaurant but the food is 0 VND, very not delicious 🥲 to the sea - seafood area - close to the fishing village but the shrimp in the fried rice dish is nowhere to be found (as small as 1/3 of the nail of the little finger). It's like making breakfast for the sake of it!!
