Ordered a Deluxe room and was given number 1 but there was no AC or even a charging socket except behind the TV. It felt more like staying at someone's house than a hotel.

I'm fed up, I'm fed up... the bed is uncomfortable, the toilet is dirty, the room is dim like a dim hotel... the room has no ventilation at all, glasses are not provided, drinking water is not provided... the sheets are dirty, the concept of the room window is like a prison, with iron bars that can't be opened for ventilation... stuffy

order a room with 2 bathtubs, because 1 room is for parents but the bathtub is not tight so the water leaks, then the hot water is sometimes there and sometimes not, just a suggestion if you want to take a morning shower before 6 and an evening shower before 5 so you can still get hot water. there is no AC here either, so for people who are used to using AC, my suggestion is not to stay here because it still feels hot bro for a very strategic location, right on the side of the road, spacious parking, the deluxe room is also big, opposite there is a regional hospital if you are sick, if in the morning I suggest having breakfast in front of the inn there is delicious porridge really cheap, if at night eat at the Sunda Juara pier 👍🏻👍🏻

Hot water is not available and cleanliness can be improved. The noisy bed may need to be serviced or replaced with a new one.

Big room; Clean; Cold; Fresh air; Lots of snacks in front. Hehehehe really delicious

Friendly staff, okay rooms, cheap prices, but the hot water often turns off, the socket suddenly turns off in the morning.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is simple but the service is good.

I wanted to take a break because I wanted to continue walking, but the later it got, the more noisy it became.

For easy access because it is close to the highway, only the mattress and pillows are covered in moldy spots.

Kamarnya bagus luas, harga terjangkau dan ada kursi tamunya tp kebersihannya kurang berdebu lantainya, kunci kamar susah, dan ga ada minum juga. Semoga nnti lebih baik lagi.

Buthub bocor air tidak bisa penuh. Air cuci tangan tidak menyala. Closed buat BAB air pembuangan tidak nyala. Selimut berdebu. Handuk nya kotor agak bau. Baru kali ini hotel seperti itu.

Hotel ini bagus dan sebenernya nyaman untuk keluarga terutama kalo punya batita seperti saya. Namun saat saya menginap di tanggal tersebut sangat berisik dengan tamu lain yang karaokean tidak mengenal waktu. Menurut saya harus ada aturan tertulis supaya tidak menganggu kenyamanan pengunjung lainnya. Thanks.

The condition of the room was very worrying, I couldn't rest in peace because there was no air conditioning and there were lots of mosquitoes and other insects. Maybe the hotel needs rejuvenation and rearrangement to make it even better.

It's just not safe, the rest is ok, the suggestion is to improve the security again so that nothing happens like last night, December 2 2023.

Cheap prices, near tourist attractions.

The place is dirty and dusty. There are cockroaches. Dirty floor. The mattress had small insects. The lights are dim horror. And worst of all, next to the room there was a small room and a long table without lights like a place for corpses. This is the first time I have found a hotel like a haunted house.

I rent a family, this is not a room, but 1 house :) there are 2 rooms with queen bed mattresses and 2 complete sofas. The drawback is outside lighting, if you can add lights

Pertama datang, petugasnya gak tau kita pesen yang mana dan harus liatin aplikasi, lalu dikasih kamar yang sesuai. Colokan listrik cuma ada deket TV dan itu pun penuh dan kejauhan akhirnya laporan lalu nanti bilangnya dikasih colokan dan akhirnya dikasih colokan yang cuma 1.5 meter aja 😌. Dikirain kamarnya adem makanya gak pake AC ternyata lumayan panas karena ini masih di Lembang perbatasan bukan di atas, untung bawa kipas angin sendiri 😅. Selimutnya sih wangi tapi bikin gatel-gatel dan bentol, mau mandi air panasnya gak nyala dan shower gak ada pengait di atas akhirnya coba pake bathtub tapi gak penuh penuh mungkin bocor bathtub nya, kloset airnya gak nyala, wastafel pun gak nyala airnya, dikasih ember kirain ada airnya ternyata gak ada. Mau keluar harus minta kunci dulu baru bisa dikunci kamarnya. Kalau apa-apa harus bilang atau minta bukan service namanya, harga segitu kalah dibanding hotel sebelah yang lebih worth it. Dan akhirnya kami check out hari itu juga pindah ke hotel sebelah yang gak jauh.

The place is comfortable, clean. Friendly service stand by 24 hours. Water is always there. Every time there is a complaint it is fixed immediately. There is a balcony for those who smoke. Next time come here again
