The hotel is strategic, near Tangerang Street and the culinary scene of Pasar Lama, in front of it there is a salon and cafe too, near famous restaurants too. The room atmosphere is comfortable, cold AC, smart TV, fast wifi, soft clean pillows, clean floors, toilet and sink are also clean. The downside is that the table has dirty spots, the walls of the room that are in a row with the bathroom are very damp, the walls in the bathroom are also dull, and it is not soundproof even though the room is in the middle, not close to the road, but it is still noisy. Overall it's okay. Maybe the next staff can be friendlier to customers. If customers ask questions, answer them in a friendly manner, don't give half-hearted answers

The parking area needs to be reviewed, the AC is not cold enough, there are no toothbrushes even though there is a minimarket in front of the hotel.

I arrived to check in at 14.46, the room still couldn't be used, I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be cleaned, after 15 minutes when I entered the room the floor was very damp and sticky so I didn't end up staying there.

When we first arrived and waited for check-in time, we smelled cigarettes. Then we asked and confirmed to the receptionist whether the hotel was non-smoking and confirmed that it was non-smoking. It turned out that it was only non-smoking in the rooms. However, each floor was provided with a place to smoke (I thought it would really be non-smoking). Then the bathroom facilities only provided towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste like in other hotels. Shampoo and soap became 1. There was no tissue in the toilet and room. There was no glass for gargling in the sink. There was no hair dryer and footwear (sandals). The room facilities only provided 2 bottles of bottled water. There were 2 pillows but 1 was flat. There was no tissue either. Trash cans were only available in the room and not in the toilet. When after checking in and entering the room, it turned out that the room was not ready and we asked to change rooms. When entering the toilet it smelled of urine. And a little smell which we then sprayed using personal perfume. For a strategic location close to the old market (just walking distance).
