The hotel has a unique design, with a sophisticated boutique style. The lobby and hallways are beautiful, feeling like a miniature resort in the center. The service is good, the staff is polite, but the breakfast could be improved a bit. Overall, a pleasant experience. 🌿

First time booking this hotel in Da Lat, a very good experience in this city, the first time the 2 kids got to swim in the warm water pool in the 19 degree weather of Da Lat. The room was clean, and the service was good, the staff was friendly, it was just the first time I booked so I didn't pay attention to the balcony direction, if the hotel could arrange a pool view, there would be nothing better. The breakfast buffet was just enough for the standard, next time I will book again with a pool view

I booked a premium double room with balcony on the 8th floor. My favorite is the afternoon tea which has pineapple cake, artichoke jam and tea. The room is spacious and comfortable and has a bathtub. There is fruit in the room but the food is not delicious =)))) However, I am satisfied with the hotel in all aspects. The distance to the night market is about 2km, it costs 50k by Grab.

The second time my family stayed at the hotel. Everything was great from the location, amenities, scenery to the professionalism of the staff. This time I rented a 2-bedroom apartment, the hotel also gave a welcome fruit plate and proactively sent an additional key card for convenience in entering and exiting the room because our group was large. The afternoon tea next to the warm water pool was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and rich. The staff of all departments were well-trained, gentle, polite and friendly. I will continue to choose Goldient boutique for my family's next stays in Da Lat. Hopefully the hotel will have preferential policies for guests staying many times ☺
