This is a good hotel for transit, although the standard queen room is quite small and the bathroom is portable. Bringing toddlers/children to this room is not recommended.

Waiting under the escalator for a really long time, no officer came down, oh my, finally took the initiative and went up, called the bellboy, overall it was quite good for a short transit.

strategic location inside terminal 1 of Juanda airport, just walk when you want to check in.. the room is clean, but when I stayed there on July 6, 2025, from 1 am until dawn, it was noisy outside the room, apparently many people were sleeping in the hallway and right in front of the room door.. so we couldn't sleep until we checked out at 5 am.. even had to jump over people sleeping in the hallway

don't worry about being late if you have to board a flight very early in the morning

amateur staff. already checked in and booked through traveloka when there gave a name and said there was no such name. finally paid again for the room. very strange unclear hotel

food is very monotonous, seems simple. bathroom fiber is broken and becomes 1 with the room.. toilet in a different place, and the concept of dry plastic carpet floor. rather difficult to clean after defecating. many small cockroaches.. hotel price, but like a motel. free ps is also difficult to enjoy, because there is only 1 and many people use it the only advantage is because it is located in 1 airport area

Just ordinary, like a transit hotel, the room size is not that spacious. The interior of the room is stiff, not aesthetic at all. The comfort of the mattress is also ordinary. A strange hotel that cannot be contacted at all by phone at the numbers listed officially. connected but not picked up. this is the first time a hotel has been called but not responded to.
