Booking ok, but there were some objective changes and I couldn't cancel the booking on the app so I discussed moving the check-in date 1 day earlier than planned, the owner ok agreed to move the date. On the day of check-in, the staff said there was no room because the owner forgot to note it and gave me a backup plan, but I felt the way of working was unprofessional and sloppy. If it was the staff who forgot, I could sympathize, but if it was the owner, there would be no rebooking a second time, thank you!
