The cleanliness of the room is good, but the electric kettle is not clean, there are still leftover food (noodles) in it, and there are cigarette butts in the bathroom sink, for the price during high season it doesn't feel worth it, plus when checking out, my ID card was almost spilled at the receptionist.

The staff is friendly, yesterday the room's AC was having problems and asked for a room change and was immediately changed. Only the cleanliness can be improved.

The hotel atmosphere is very good on the edge of the road, so it is easy to access. The price is indeed cheap for a family. But I ordered two rooms with a capacity of 3 people and the two rooms were no different. The 3-person room is on the ground floor with a direct view of the poorly maintained garden, the bottom of the sink has dirty spots like crust, the TV is on a 3/4 screen, the 2-person room is on the 2nd floor with the same double bed, one is a king and the other is a single bed but the worst thing is the bathroom lights are dim like they're going to go out, the sink faucet is dead and there are tons of ants in the bathroom. If it's just for sleeping, it's okay but if you ask for wow, skip it.

This is the first time I've been to a hotel without tea and other things, no toilet paper, the sheets are super dull, luckily I brought my own blanket so I covered everything, it's really that dirty, the floor is dusty. My advice is don't stay here, because they don't seem to have any intention of providing lodging services 🥲

Hotel staff is friendly, condition of room no. 1 not really, the toilet can't flush, the shower is dead, then it's suddenly repaired, only the shower is correct. The spacious rooms are nice.

The room was very dirty, not suitable for staying and I didn't stay overnight, the rubbish wasn't cleaned up in the rubbish bin, the terrace was dirty, the sheets and pillowcases smelled, the reception staff were unfriendly and didn't serve, the point is this hotel is not recommended now, it used to be good and a really family home even though my family and I often stay overnight.

The hotel is not well maintained. The rooms are not clean, there is a lot of dust, especially the bathroom, it is very dirty. The room smells of cigarette smoke, even though I asked for a non-smoking room. The mattress is also not comfortable to sleep on. The sheets are dirty. As soon as I entered the room I immediately wanted to go out again. Unfortunately, it was late at night when I arrived at the hotel, so I was forced to stay. The next day I immediately moved hotels. Staff Hotel ramah, akan tetapi jauh dari Akomodasi Retail dan perbelanjaan.

Bagus banget! Kamarnya luas, ac, tv aman. Kasurnya empuk, cuma ada 1 bantal yang aga keras. Air bersih, dikasi sabun sampo sama pasta gigi, handuk bersih, mantap! Tapi sayang bangett colokannya cuma satu jadi agak repot.

Hotel yang tidak rekomendasi, jelek, kotor lagi.

Kamar, kasur, selimut lumayan lah untuk harga segitu. Air minum ada. AC baik, lumayan nyaman. Tapi ada 1 yang kurang bersih. Kamar mandi lantai dan dindingnya seperti tidak pernah disikat. Mudah-mudahan kalau menginap lagi, kamar mandi sudah disikat bersih.
