I really like this place for their staff friendliness, being greeted with a big smile. The whole experience left a very good impression. Will definitely come back.

The receptionist could not speak proper English, causing misunderstandings. Tourists were confused about where to find a money changer. The food's taste was not as good as it looked in the menu images. The tea tasted bad.

It's a good transit hotel because it's close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. However, the rooms are a bit small.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Fairfield by Marriott Soekarno-Hatta. The room was clean, and everything—from the bathroom to the bedsheets, blanket, and pillows—was fresh and pleasantly scented. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport, which made our trip much more convenient. Highly recommended!

The hotel food portions are jumbo according to the price, the taste is okay.

Free airport transport at any time, making it easier

Generally, it was a great experience, from check-in up to check-out. The only consideration is that the entrance area inside the room is quite tight, where the doors are crossing each other.

It was our first time there after 8 hours of flying. Though we booked last minute on the same day, the service was amazing. The staff, Catherin/Christine (correct me if I'm wrong), was extremely amazing due to the hotel pick up communication and how she assisted us, really making our day. The room was clean and the bed was also big, very close to the airport, a very commended place. Last but not least, the staff in the restaurant during our breakfast was also very kind, smiley, and helpful. Definitely will come back if we have a chance to come back for transit or before traveling back.

This hotel has great service and hospitality. Warm welcome since picking us from the airport. Nice room, nice view, nice meal here. Great breakfast and great service from all the staffs. Will be back staying here if I go to Jakarta. The hotel is located near Soekarno Hatta Airport (10-15 minutes, and they also provide shuttle bus) and around 20 minutes to PIK. What a great experience. FYI, they always ready to serve whenever we got problem. Thanks so much ☺️
