I stayed there twice. The first time I was very comfortable, but the second time I felt less so. To contact the front desk, I used a tablet instead of a phone. But the device couldn't be used. As a result, it was very difficult to contact the front desk for any needs. Then there was the matter of mineral water. The first time I stayed there, they provided one drinking place, but this second time they provided one drinking place and one bottle. Which I assumed was an additional mineral water. In other hotels, when they provide soda, flavored drinks, and snacks like chocolate biscuits, they do charge extra. But here, there was a charge for one bottle of mineral water, and there was no information at the beginning. Sorry, I'm not talking about the small cost of bottled water, but I feel the hotel staff was not okay in making this policy.
